Good Mornin!

Just a quick note...I was hired as a photographer for an author at the Elvis Festival in Collingwood this weekend (LOVE the advantage of having a media pass!!!).

The book is a fictional novel. A mystery...someone steals the infamous pink cadillac from Graceland. The sheriff who investigates the theft has an uncanny resemblance to Elvis, and happens to be the same age. A delightful read! This author used to be a screenwriter, so the novel reads like a movie. One reviewer stated that it should be read with popcorn.


So on my "marathon weekend" I took a grand total of 1100 shots in 3 days! That is a lot of Elvii!!!! It was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! Met SO SO many wonderful folks! Did a whole ton of networking, and there were so many interesting characters prowling the streets every day! I was in portrait photography heaven, I swear!!!

As soon as I finish going through my mass of shots I will be sure to post some for your perusal!
